Return Policy

We offer 30 day money back guarantee. In order to return the item, please refer to the conditions below:

• Exchanges are not available. 
• Must be returned within 30 days of received date.
• All returns must be in their original packaging, unused and returned with all of the original packaging
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
• We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.

Notice

Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

Return Procedure

Please email us at info@atgrillscookware.com if you want to request a return of your order. Please follow the return policy and choose the item you would like to return. Our customer service will send you a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. At last, please don’t forget to provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable.

Refund
