Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back pork ribs

  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey, warmed
  • 1 cup Traeger 'Que BBQ Sauce
  • Hickory BBQ wood pellets

Instructions

  1. Preparation

    • Remove the silverskin membrane from the bone-side of the ribs using a butter knife or screwdriver. Grip with paper towels and peel off.
    • Mix mustard, 1/4 cup apple juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Spread thinly over both sides of the ribs and season with Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub.
  2. Smoking

    • Preheat your Traeger grill to 180°F and close the lid for 15 minutes.

    • Return the foiled ribs to the grill. Cook for 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 205°F.
